The standard rental period is upto 7 days. Extensions are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
Customers must not dispose of hazardous materials, including but not limited to:
Disposal of prohibited items may result in additional fees and legal consequences.
Each dumpster has a maximum weight limit. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges. For example, Budget Dumpster specifies weight limits for different dumpster sizes.
The Customer is responsible for providing a suitable location for dumpster placement and ensuring clear access for delivery and pickup. The Company is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or other property during placement or removal.
If required, obtaining permits for dumpster placement is the Customer’s responsibility. Some municipalities require permits for placing dumpsters on public property.
The Customer assumes responsibility for any damage to the dumpster while in their possession, excluding normal wear and tear.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Customer violates these Terms and Conditions.
